Culture is a Source of Conflict Rather Than of Synergy.

" Culture is more often a source of conflict than of synergy. Cultural differences are a nuisance at best and often a disaster."     Prof. Geert Hofstede, Emeritus Professor, Maastricht University.

I would have to agree with Prof. Geer Hoftstede's quote on conflict. Culture can be the face of the country. Anything from socialism to individualism. It's sad to say people whom have a certain culture have severe hatred of others with different culture backgrounds just because of faith, stories, history, or family matters. Culture has change the European countries since the beginning of time. Some believe in just keeping your matters to yourself an not involving one's country in another countries problems. The United States on the other hand truly believes we have to go to the world's rescue no matter what. If a small island has a weather disaster you don't see England or France running to the rescue but you do see the United States right up front in the matter helping out. This all has to do with the government beliefs and the culture that created the government in the first place.
